1. SD card problem

1.1. After powering on, it is found that the controller screen displays F-F-F / SD Error, and there is no effect output
A: The screen displays SD Error, which proves that the controller does not read the card correctly. The possible problems are:
①. The SD card is empty and there is no effect file.
②.If the effect file *.led in the SD card does not match the controller model, please select the controller model and chip model correctly in the latest version of Reddit and recreate the effect file *.led.
③. Test after replacing the SD card to rule out the possibility of the SD card being damaged.
④. The SD card is not the original configuration, and the original SD card is required.
1.2. After powering on, it is found that the controller outputs built-in effects, and there is no SD card effect playback
A: The controller cannot detect the SD card, and the built-in program will be played automatically:
①The SD card is not inserted into the controller, but the SD card is inserted.
②The card has been inserted, but the SD card is not inserted in place, reinsert the SD card
③The card has been inserted, but the controller does not match the SD card, and the SD card cannot be detected, replace the matching SD card.
1.3. The SD card cannot be formatted.
Answer: ①. First, confirm whether the protection switch on the side of the SD card has been unlocked; the direction of unlocking is the end of the SD card gold pin.
②. The protection lock has been designed as required, but it still cannot be formatted. If this happens, the SD card reader is mostly broken, please replace the SD card reader (it is recommended to use a card reader with better quality, SSK is recommended (Biao Wang) card reader).
③. If the above operations cannot solve the formatting problem, please replace the SD card and test again.

2.1 After the controller is powered on, the indicator lights are normal, but the lamps have no effect.
A: This is the case for the following reasons:
①. Please check whether the signal line of the lamp and the controller are properly connected.
②. The signal of conventional lamps is divided into in and out, to determine whether the control is connected to the signal of the first lamp.
③. Whether the power supply of the lamps is normal.
2.2 After the controller is connected to the lamp, the lamp strobes, and the effect changes, and the indicator light of the controller shows normal.
Answer: ①. The ground wire between the controller and the lamp is not connected.
②.The effect made in the SD card is wrong, the lamp chip selected when doing the effect does not match the actual lamp chip.
③. If the chip is not locked when doing the effect on the software, press the chip of the controller to the corresponding chip of the lamp. Refer to the IC sequence on the sticker on the controller for details.
④. The power supply voltage of the lamps is insufficient.
2.3. After the multi-port controller is connected to the lamp, the effect of the lamp will not change.
A: This is the case for the following reasons:
①. Please check whether the signal line of the lamp and the controller are properly connected.
②. The signal of conventional lamps is divided into in and out, to determine whether the control is connected to the signal of the first lamp.
③. Confirm that the controller, IC model, channel mode, etc. selected in the software editing are correct.
④. Confirm that the layout ports in the software editing correspond to the actual controller ports; whether all the layout ports of the multi-port controller have lamps.
2.4. The distance between the controller and the lamp is too long, and the signal is unstable.
A: There are several solutions for this situation:
①. Conventional serial IC, TTL amplifier can be added before the lamp or the controller can be moved near the lamp.
②. DMX512IC, add a differential signal amplifier before the lamp or load a 120Ω matching resistor between the output A/B of the lamp tail.
2.5. The controller is loaded with LED Pixel Light, and the rear part of the lamps has no response.
A: This is the case for the following reasons:
①. Check the integrity of the lighting circuit (whether there is a disconnection).
②. Check that the number of lamps in the controller is below the maximum value of the port.
③.Before checking the number of lamps in the controller, it is below the maximum value of the layout diagram.
2.6. The controller is loaded with lamps, and the effect is stuck.
A: The solutions to this situation are as follows:
①. Check the integrity of the lighting circuit (whether there is a disconnection).
②. In order to ensure smooth display, the number of lamps loaded by the controller is lower than the maximum load; DMX512 lamps have 300 points per port; serial IC/breakpoint resume IC 500 points.
③. The playback speed of the effect may be too fast, you can adjust the speed appropriately.
2.7. When the controller and onboard lamps are powered on, the lamps flash randomly.
A: This is the case for the following reasons:
①. The lamp flashes randomly for a period of time and returns to normal: the controller and the on-load LED Pixel Light are on the same AC220V power supply line, and they are turned on at the same time; the controller starts slowly and the lamp flashes randomly.
②. The lamp flashes randomly and does not return to normal: the controller and the on-load lamp are on the same AC220V power supply line, and they are turned on at the same time; the controller cannot be turned on normally due to the impact.
Solution: The controller and the onboard lamps are separated into two independent power supplies.
2.8 The controller display screen displays garbled characters after booting
A: This is the case for the following reasons:
①. The controller connected LED Pixel Light is disturbed by the installation environment (strong magnetism), the display is abnormal (temporary), and the restart returns to normal.
②. The power supply of the controller is unstable, resulting in an error in the controller; replace the power supply and restore it to normal.
③. The display module of the controller is damaged, and the codes are still garbled after repeated restarts, and it needs to be repaired.
