The quality of your outdoor landscape and facade ligting fixtures is important to us. There are 13 tests in the production. Check how we ensure the best quality for your landscape lighting and facade lights.
The lights are placed in a -40-100°C circle for 48 hours at high temperatures and 24 hours at low temperatures. We analyze LEDs that have broken down or flickered to ensure the quality of the LEDs and only keep those that meet our stringent requirements.
To ensure that only the best landscape LED Pixel lights are delivered to you, we conduct a simulated environment test to check the products for corrosion resistance.
During this test, LED lights are submerged in water for one month at a depth of 2 to 3 meters. In order for LED lights to perform well under certain water pressure, we make sure they are designed to accommodate certain waterproof.
Comply with CIE, IEC, and GB/T-related standards, Measurement parameters: spectral power (radiation) distribution, chromaticity coordinates, color temperature, color rendering index, luminous flux, radiant flux, and luminous efficiency.
The integrating sphere test system is used to measure the light color parameters such as spectrum, color and luminous flux of various light sources such as LED and LED lamps.
